Lee Garber, NHA Facility Administrator
Lee leads our team using his extensive nursing facility experience to create camaraderie within the facility and the highest level of professionalism. His comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of long-term care will ensure that our residents receive the highest quality of care and reside within a well-managed facility.
Kim DeMarcus, RN Director of Nursing
Kim began her healthcare career as a CNA and quickly proceeded to attain her RN license. She has been the Director of Nursing in various settings and brings that experience and understanding to all of our staff and residents.
Debbie Wheeler Social Services Manager and Activities Manager
Debbie began her career here over 30 years ago. Her knowledge of resident needs has grown over the years and she brings her experience and warmth to all who live here.
Juana Estrada-Rodriguez Laundry and Housekeeping Supervisor
Juana had been a part of this team for over 10 years, taking personal pride in making sure that our facility is always fresh and clean.
Andrea Singleton, RN Nursing and Resident Care Manager
Andrea’s 12 years of providing in-home and long-term care created a love for resident care and inspired her to become an RN. She brings this love, together with her Director of Nursing experience in long-term care, to our residents.
Donna Witt Dietary Manager
Donna has been with us for 30 years and manages the dietary staff with great concern for resident well-being as she oversees the care for each of our resident's nutritional needs. She is currently training Shelly Morilon (3 years with facility) as her replacement for when she takes her earned retirement in the near future.
Luis Martinez Maintenance
Luis keeps our grounds beautiful and inviting. His overall devotion to the safety of our residents and staff ensures that our facility complies with all regulations and has properly operating equipment.
